The Process Management And Optimization Research On Automotive Interior Products Development

It has been a big problem can not be avoided to every automotive interior products supplier, how to face the increasingly fierce market competition how to meet the higher quality requirements.Excellent process of new products can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. To some extent, the key to success of new product development does not lie in its own R&D capabilities, mainly depends on the development process of new products to meet the actual needs. In this thesis, automotive interiors development process of new product as the research object, which is discussed in the following areas.First of all, this thesis introduce the main management theories in new production's development process such as new product development and its value, the thought of Business Process Reengineering and Process Management, etc., provides a guiding ideology and theoretical foundation for the automotive interiors new product development process analysis and optimization tool.This thesis introduces the concept of interior product and domestic interior product industry ;Analyses APQP (the advanced products quality planning) for the automotive industry and the resource and status of interior parts development process of new products .Points what is needed to be improved.Followed by this thesis study the key tools in the development process of automotive interior new parts; the milestone assessment, QFD (quality function deployment) and FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis) are discussed separately.Use advanced new product development process management theory to analysis, optimize the automotive interiors new product development process, change serial to concurrent product development process; change the traditional function management as the flow-oriented management; and introduces the chief engineer system and Deming Ring, change after controlling to pre-controlling, to improve the quality of new product development to ensure new product development cycle, improve customer satisfaction.Finally this thesis introduces the implementation of T255 DT project of Zhichu interior parts company,this example provides a strong argument to the theoretical research .
