The Research On Earned Value Integration Management Method

The Earned Value method of modern project management body of knowledge is originated from the cost/schedule control system criteria(c/scsc), which was put forward by the Department of Defence (DoD) of USA in 1972.The cost and schedule of project are integrated by this method, compared with the traditional method of project management. It's necessary for solving the problem with limitation of Earned Value Management, along with people constantly use this technic into different project.First of all, this paper introduce the basic concept and develop course of EVMS, essential factor and appraise systems of Earned Value, and then, illustrates the betterment method of performance evaluating system and forecast index system which accord with statistics. Based on across-the-aboard, expanding Earned Value management application category, put forward the EVM application mode of epiboly management, human resource evaluating and performance assess. The author advances the betterment method of Earned Value performance evaluating which differentiate Key-pathway and non-Key pathway, Design three methods. At last, there is an empirical study to the Hunan Construction Engineering Group Corporation.The remodeled Earned Value system, as supplement of EV technic, enhance the veracity of performance evaluating in project; and the multi-object element integration management method based on cost, enlarge application category of EV method, improve the intendance and management ability for project managers.
