An Empirical Study On The Structure Of Product Quality Index In Manufacturing

Manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of Urumqi City, which plays a very important role in the economic and social development. The product quality is an im portant aspect which reflects the manufacturing level. However, the problem which tro ubles quality supervision departments is that the current batch passing rate index can not completely reflect the status of product quality.In this paper, on basis of the relevant literature, explores in Urumqi city product quality of the manufacturing industry so as to carry out analysis. It puts forward the idea of making use of batches of qualified rate and the product quality index to reflect a kind of overall product quality status, which reflected the sampling batch passing rate the quality status of the product.Each batch of product weights are the same. Product quality index of sales as weights is introduced and at the same time customer satisfaction index is also introduce, which reflects the quality of products bought by the customers.At the same time, the product quality supervision and sampling are improved, by means of using historical data, calculating each required sample values, and identifying specific checks enterprises, so as to reflect the quality level of products.Finally, the questionnaire survey is conducted on the food industry people are generally concerned about in order to analyze the reason for unqualified food industry product. With supervision experience of developed countries like Japanese and the United States, it puts forward suggestions for the steadily improvement of quality products and to promote product quality of Urumqi city manufacturing industry.
