| More than30years passed since Chinese reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in China, especially in the economic construction and social development that its achievements attracted worldwide attention. High economic growth not only brought a strong state and social prosperity, but also raised all the Chinese people’s material and spiritual living standards. However, many problems have been hidden in the rapid development of the national economy, the national’s views to state of their economy seems not to be as macro GDP growth as improving on the contrary, we often hear more complains and sighs from some of us in daily life. Since2000,it is an urgent and important tasks that how to accurately measure the state of Chinese people’s economic quality of life, which is not only the summary of people’s economic state for more than30years development, but also give a powerful information support for Chinese economic and social development in the future. Although related researching in quality of life has been sadly arisen in our country from1980s, until today it is still in the developing stage. Especially for economic quality of life index which as an important part of quality of life, its special discussion and researching is very little. So according to the relevant material studies at home and broad, under the premise of relevant principles and basis, this paper combined with methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative judgment, use qualitative analysis method to construct the primary evaluation indexes, and then use the quantitative analysis to analyze whether it can be used in feasibility, further to confirm which measurement index is needed. This paper first defines the conception about quality of life related, this paper re-defined economic quality of life from people’s income and consumption and employment angles. The paper also analyze the economic life of quality theory basis, under the guidance of comprehensive, representation using the experts investigation analysis and software analysis methods to chosen the comprehensive measurement index for economic life quality, and to determine the weight of every part in economic life of quality evaluation index by Analytic Hierarchy Process. Then use official statistics in recent years to analyze economic quality of life indicators.The application results found that urban and rural residents’economic quality of life is improving in overall in recent years. but at the same time, there are also existed problems such as regional economic development gap between different regions, consumption structure is unreasonable and unemployment. To solve these problems, this paper put forward some methods such as first deepen the reform of the income distribution, then narrowing gap of residents the income, stimulating spending power and optimizing the patterns of consumption, at last perfecting the employment policies and promoting industrial upgrading etc. Although these problems and countermeasures may not be correctly reflect the whole truth in economic quality of life in China, it can provide some information and strong support in reference for Chinese economic development model and direction for in the future by the construction of index and its analysis. I believe that the government at all levels would give more attention to residents’ living problems so as to Chinese economy quality of life condition will be getting better and better in the future. |
