An Hui Province Accounting Team-building Studies

Accounting is one of most important functions of economic management, it provides services for various economic construction activities in our country, and it has the fundamental effect on the economics revolution and economic development. The economy more develops, the accounting is more important. An Hui province is the developing province in the middle east of china. In recent years, in the strategy of "middle china development", An Hui is facing optimal development opportunity. Economic development and social activities developed very quickly and achieved very high level. With the further perfection of accounting law and standards,Basic work of accounting is strengthened,Accounting information is improved further. But for the whole accounting, there is still some unbalanced development factor. The accounting team do the most of the accounting job, so the quality of accounting team will affect the quality of the accounting services and profession level. So how to build accounting team to meet the level of economic development of our province seems very urgent.Based on the practices of author's accounting management, this paper will provide analysis on status of accountant team in our province. The research methods include environment analysis, questionnaires; observation statistics etc. this paper will exam the main problems and investigate the reasons. Because limitation of An Hui province economic level and social political cultrual environment factor, An Hui province accounting team was in totally different professional level. It shows that the unreasonable accountant personnel structure exists, and it pay little attention on profession ethics; accounting adult education is inefficient method. Accounting management systems need to be improved in the future etc.For all above problems, from the reality of the social and economic development in An Hui, this paper suggests we should strengthen the construction of accounting ethics, need further perfection of further education system, strengthening the accounting management system, strengthening the accounting law enforcement and supervision system of accounting, strengthening accounting talents training. This paper also will give some recommendation and suggestions about how to build effective accounting team in order to improve the better service for economic development of our province.
