Research On Standardization Construction Of Fishery Safety Management In Yellow Sea And Bohai Sea Area

With the sustainable and healthy development of national economy, the safety of production become more and more important, and which also is closely related to the development of science and construction of harmonious society. Because of relevant laws and regulations is inadequate, management system is lagging behind as well as management of the overall quality is not high and the other variety of factors, the issue of safety production of fishery was quite crucible in of the region of Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea. To decrease the problems of the fishery safety production, the legal rules and the management system need to be completed and adjusted, the quality of personnel and the supervision of fishing harbors need to be improved and reinforced, and the visa of fishing boat and the training of fishermen also need to be strengthened and intensified.According to the investigation data from the region of Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea and the problems that need to be solved, based upon some theories of safe production, the researches of the safety controlled management in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea area were carried out in this thesis. The reasons and current situations of problems in fishery safe production were analyzed. To solve the fishing industry security, the path way and the the methods were explored, and a specific method of operational measures had been put forward.
