As the market demand diversifying and continuously developing,the old mass production mode in production-oriented enterprises is not suitable for market requirements longer.This production mode is inflexibility,and it is difficult to respond quickly for the increasingly rapid changes in market demand.The over-production which is based on this production mode cost largely more the company's resources. Over-production leads to inventory.The inventory is the root of all evil,it covers up the problems in production process,and it is not conducive to improve and enhance the company.Over-production may also lead to more aspects of the waste,such as waste of moving,the waste of waiting and so on.All the waste is ill for the company's development,and therefore the improvement of production methods is imperative.Based on the study of JIT production mode transformation in VGSC,and through combining the JIT production management and total quality management,using PDCA cycle management,the text analyzes and explores the problems in VGSC production line;identify the root causes of the problems,and solve the issues with JIT production mode.In problem-solving process many methods are used,such as Kanban management, visual management,balance of production,and multi-function training to workers,5S and so on.And it has many improvements on the layout of the workshop,WIP controlling,yield improving,staff skills and production volume reducing.Thereby it speeds up the company's response to market demand and meets to the needs of the company's development.
