With more and more global marketing competition, a company is facing more and more stress to obtain the market share. To reach this goal, an enterprise has to enhance its core competence, improve its management level, reduce its production operation cost, minimize its inventory level, and increase its material turn over. These are all major problems that our company needs to solve. This thesis is based on the research of Kanban management method, using analysis tools of simulation, with consideration of the company's actual situation. This thesis tries to build a Kanban management system that fits to company real situation, thereby, decreasing high WIP, lowing material turn over, and reducing quality risk problems.At the beginning of this thesis, the current situation of Kanban management in China is provided, and the significance of this research is pointed out. Then, a deep analysis and study is made on implementing lean production theory into the company's current situation. The pull system is one of the most important methods of lean production thinking, and Kanban is an effective tool to realize the pull system, with integration of company real situation. In this thesis, the Kanban system was designed, and a simulation model was established. Based on collected production data, Promodel software is applied to simulate the system, useful information is provided for decision-making.
