| The traditional Chinese medicine industry is a field that has national characters and unique advantage in the industry field of our country. It is the industry that has high-tech content and enormous development potentiality. However, with competition level of traditional Chinese medicine industry upgrading, what industry main economic indicator of traditional Chinese medicine of our province ranks in the whole country is gliding year after year, indicating its development prospect is very severe. So how to find out the very crux causing the current situation as soon as possible, and take the effective measure to the question, promote the competitiveness of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises of Guangdong province in keen competition, has already become a problem urgently to be solved. Meanwhile, up till now, the study of competitiveness of traditional Chinese medicine industry is still remains in the elementary level, need developing in depth. So, this text aims at system method to analyze competitiveness of traditional Chinese medicine industry of Guangdong deeply, in the hope of drawing a more objective and persuasive conclusion, putting forward the countermeasure and suggestion for the benign development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry of Guangdong, and offering some new thoughts for competitiveness of traditional Chinese medicine industry.This text adopted Positive and Normative analysis, Qualitative and Quantitative analysis, Abstract Analysis, Comparative Analysis, etc. After analyzed decisive factors of competitiveness of traditional Chinese medicine industry deeply, referring to characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine industry, this text formed the complex system model. Then under the guidance of complex system model, this text chose quantitative key indexes that can reflect level of competitiveness of traditional Chinese medicine industry system and brought them into the complex system.The Industry-University-Research (IUR) cooperation, is the natural form of technical innovation activities, and an important activity units of national and regional innovation system > The IUR cooperation can effectively promote the commercialization, so the IUR cooperation is technological innovation organization that the world promote, is a hot issue of the academic research. Thesis is divided into six parts: Introduction to the first part, covering the background and objectives, research significance, the basic concepts of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine industry of Guangdong Province to develop problems.; The second part in a clear Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine industry based on the concept of Chinese medicine addresses the impact of factors created for further analysis of traditional Chinese medicine to create new drug combination of the constituent elements of complex systems to lay the foundation; Depth analysis of the third part of Chinese medicine to create a mechanism for bringing together innovative research, summed up the impact factors of Chinese medicine to create new drugs, and from three perspectives: the perspective of industry chain, the degree of innovation involved in the perspective of co-operation system of production factors in the perspective of the impact of in-depth study of Chinese medicine combination of new drugs to create innovative mechanisms; Part IV of the above to verify income through case law; Part V of the four parts of the former in-depth study on the basis put forward to promote research with the Chinese medicine industry of Guangdong Province to enhance the competitiveness of the countermeasures and suggestions, Guangdong Province, the actual upgrade the competitiveness of the Chinese medicine industry have more important research value and practical significance; Part VI for the concluding remarks, summing up the contents of the text and pointed out that the inadequacies of paper.In this study, the results of previous studies in the hope that, based on a number of innovative attempts to try to make up for a number of shortcomings, for the Chinese medicine industry and innovation in the theory of Chinese medicine research and practice to make some contribution to the development. Therefore, the thesis applies system method and network innovation to study the IUR cooperative innovation, the basic assumption is to take the IUR cooperative innovation phenomenon in some region as an innovation community. And from the perspective of spaces, ecological factors and relationship of species, the IUR cooperative innovation community is studied.
