Clothing industry,as a traditional industry,is labor-intensive.There are a lot of workers most of whom leave their hometown to work at developed coastal areas.These migrant workers directly create social riches.But they frequently change jobs directly influencing the production efficiency of the industry.There is little study on the incentive to workers at the bottom of the society at home and abroad.So this thesis targets at manufacturing workers in clothing industry to make a summary and analysis on their group features,individual features and so on.References reading are used to summarize some incentive factors from foreign and domestic studies.Interview method is used with references study and analysis of behavioral features to summarize incentive projects on workers in clothing industry.Besides,questionnaire survey method is conducted to measure manufacturing workers.Then descriptive statistics analysis,factor analysis,correlative analysis and One-Way ANOVA analysis are to be made to collected data.An analysis of data tells that the incentive factor to manufacturing workers in clothing industry is a multi-dimensional structure consisting of welfare incentive factor,wage incentive factor,environment incentive factor,relation incentive factor,among which welfare incentive factor,wage incentive factor are more emphasized by workers.Each factor is in direct ratio to degree of incentive.Differences in marital status,monthly income and hometown result in drastic difference.And the latter two factors also lead to apparent difference to actual feeling degree of pay incentive factor.
