In China,the speed of development of Japanese enterprises is faster and faster,which highlights the localization of Japanese companies,and the localization of human resources is the most serious problem.In the rapid development of economic globalization,and the increasingly fierce competition in the era,Japanese enterprises are deeply aware of the need to establish a competitive,efficient and loyal staff team to win the competitive advantage.Therefore,the Japanese managers to consider and study the first thing are how to motivate employees.Aiming at the strong willingness of Japanese employees,in this paper,the knowledge workers of Japanese enterprises as the research object,and this paper discusses the related problems in the motivation of knowledge workers in Japanese enterprises,and summarizes a serious of research conclusions,in order to have a certain reference value for Japanese enterprise managers.On the basis of introducing the background and significance of the study,this paper describes the current research situation about the motivation of knowledge workers at home and abroad,and then introduces the incentive theory and learning organization theory,on this basis,using the method of questionnaire survey,and analyzing of the status of knowledge of Japanese enterprise staff incentive and problems;according 'to Japanese enterprise incentive situation existing problems,putting forward respectively the knowledge staff incentive strategy from four aspects:the salary and welfare,work status,personal growth and enterprise culture.
