| Based on the nature of power e ngineering projects and the current situation of manpower allocation management,this thesis explores the reason for staff's low-spirit in the project management,and the draws the conclusion that the reform must be taken to the staff incentive system in the power management,so as to impulse staff's enthusiasm, promote working efficiency and upgrade marketing capability.The thesis deeply analyzes the problem in the existing staff incentive system in the national power engineering project management,combining the incentive theory and the practical experience,try to find out a most suitable staff incentive system for the power engineering projects. |
