With the development of the new era,the market-oriented maintenance company not only becomes our country undertakes the construction of urban landscaping,maintenance and other public management enterprise the main force,but also its grassroots staff management will be directly related to the building of a good city image and people’s yearning for a good life.Changsu Landscaping Co.,Ltd.as a developing private enterprise,its grass-roots staff as the production,survival of the main resource force,plays a pivotal role.Therefore,how to retain professional talents and stimulate the enthusiasm of grassroots employees has become the key to the survival and development of the enterprise.Practice has proved that employee motivation,as the core of human resource management,is closely related to the enterprise’s salary incentive,cultural atmosphere,promotion channels and employee training.A set of scientific and effective employee incentive system is very important for the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper takes the incentive system of the grass-roots employees of Changsu Landscaping Co.,Ltd.as the research object,based on the analytic hierarchy process,through the research methods of literature research,employee interview and questionnaire survey,comprehensively and systematically analyzes the problems existing in the incentive system of the grass-roots employees of Changsu Landscaping Co.,Ltd.and analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures,including: from the structure of wages and benefits Improve the salary incentive system in four aspects: the matching degree of salary and work ability,the welfare policy of the enterprise,and the fairness of salary;Create enterprise culture incentives from four aspects: enterprise culture,enterprise leadership mechanism and internal interpersonal relations,working environment and atmosphere,and enterprise rules and regulations;Expand the promotion channels of employees from four aspects: promotion mechanism,career planning of grass-roots employees,development platform of grass-roots employees,and application of performance evaluation results;Enrich staff skills training from four aspects: learning and training opportunities,training methods,training contents and training objectives.Based on the incentive theory and enterprise practice,this paper helps Changsu Landscaping Co.,Ltd.optimize the incentive measures of primary staff by scientific methods.It has a good practical guidance role for stabilizing the primary staff team,stimulating the enthusiasm of primary staff,and improving enterprise productivity.It also has certain reference significance for promoting the human resource management practice of similar small and medium-sized private enterprises. |
