The salary design is a premise to establish the salary management system, and constitute the part with importance. How to design and establish a set of scientific salary system, which is matching the development of the business enterprise and having the regional characteristics, is important for business enterprise human resource management to carry out the work properly. In this text, the author work out form the function of the salary, analyze the key problems of the old and current salary systems of some information company limited, and point out the important influence on the enterprise management work, then draw a conclusion: it is necessary to build up a new salary system designing. According to the related basic theories of the salary system abroad, and realistic base of the salary system design: that is the demand of the strategic development, and the demand to embody the 'make people the center' principle, the author put forward the principle and target of salary system design, which will put the development strategy into practice smoothly, promote the business enterprise human resource management, guarantee the routine management work to operate properly, so as to strengthen the comprehensive power of the enterprise, and increase the competition ability. By means of studying the advanced salary management mode, the new salary construction mode and practice project are put forward, which expatiated the important role that new salary management system plays in enterprise management and development. On the base of investigation, combine with the reality and demand of the business enterprise human resource management, a new design of the system is put forward. To re-design the salary system includes the salary fixed position, salary construction, which can embody the structural thought of the whole salary system. The more important thing is the deep consideration of the salary system: first, salary allotment must promote the business enterprise to keep on developing, salary allotment must help the business enterprise strategy put into practice, salary allotment must be helpful to cultivate and enhance the core ability of the business enterprise, salary allotment must be helpful for the culture to response and practice the change, salary system must adapt the business enterprise to the encouraging culture. The several relations that salary system design has to deal with is the next in order: the relation between salary and share ownership; the relation between period share and the ownership of period share; relation between providing fund and reward; relation between income and risk; relation between parent company and subsidiary; relation between executive and vice-job; employer and employee's relation, etc.
