Study On Project Management Planning In Whole Process For Wind Power Project

This paper firstly reviews the development of wind power industry in China, analyses the problems of the wind power project management and proposes that it is necessary to study on the project management planning in whole process for wind Power project.Then based on analyzing wind power project and its features,the paper defines the meaning of the whole process of wind Power project management planning,its objects,principles and main contents.Under the methods of WBS and process management,based on the five targets oriented of project management,the paper analyses in detail the management content of stages involving Pre-project management planning,the implementation phase of project management planning and post-project management planning.The WBS figures and process management of each stages is being studied and the measures to realize the project management objective is obtained. The paper introduces the theory of project management planning to the wind power project management,and it will widely improve the project management level of wind power project.
