| Manufacturing, as a strategic industry, is the cornerstone of national economic development. It reflects a country’s or regional development level of industry. We can understand the degree of development for science and technology through it on a large scale. Manufacturing is the material foundation of commodity production for society, and leads the national industries direction in the future. Along with the international economic integration, development of market economy at home and abroad, and hyper-competitive society, all manufacturing enterprises are encountering unprecedented pressure. The rhythm of the economic activities become faster, the actual situation is cruel when companies fighting for the limited market share. In order to survive and expand in fierce competition, enterprises have no choice but to control every detail as better as they can: lower cost, good quality, higher production efficiency as so on.Project management, as one main branch of modern management, is a kind of innovation indeed. Inside one organization, project management, can reduce the vertical contradiction, and enhance horizontal communication, then limited resources can be used reasonably, project cost can be lower, achieved higher work efficiency.Project management, the biggest feature is one-time, is different from daily production management which is repeated all the time. Therefore, for many manufacturing enterprises, it is difficult to introduce the core project management into the production of existing products. A lot of enterprises’ leaders think they produce the same products, only to repeat the last operations management, project management just is an impracticable idea, and it is not an easy work to introduce the one-time task into the daily production.Given the situation, this paper is based on the project management, combined with the production and operation management, analyzed in the four aspects:project procurement management, project production management, project qualitymanagement and warehouse management. We track the trend of change in production management pattern for manufacturing enterprise, try to find a good way to enhance China’s manufacturing enterprise’s survival ability, especially facing the strict and global competitiveness.Take the manufacturing enterprise Hua Hai for instance, we relate theory with practice, analyze the current situation of the wind power production,find out the existing problems, try to introduce the project management into the wind power production, change the "single task" into the repeated daily production, and become new normal. So as to reduce the overall investment of enterprises, reduce the lead time, reduce costs, improve working efficiency, enhance the overall yearly profit of enterprises.Through a series of analysis and research, we discuss the method of project management for the manufacturing enterprise, and hope that there are some help for the application. |
