Research Of Total Cost Management About Large Capacity Thermal Power Unit Project

In recent years,with the steady and rapid growth of national economy,the total installed capacity of power generation has displayed a fast growing tendency,which wilt inevitably trigger off intense competition among power plants.The competition will eventually be a matter of cost control.Since the cost of a power generation project is an important part of power generation cost,how to control the cost is crucial to all extending or new building of power generation projects.Started with basic theories and methods of the total cost management,this paper analyzed the present condition of cost management in domestic large-capacity thermal power unit projects.Through the case of the total cost management in a certain large-capacity thermal power unit project,the paper analyzed and verified the feasibility and validity of the total cost management about large-capacity thermal power unit project.It specified the goals,clarified the cost management modes,made the methods and measures operative and provided constructive ideas and methods about cost management for domestic large-capacity thermal power unit projects.
