A Electric Power Construction Enterprise Project Cost Management Research

The core business of electric power construction enterprises includes the construction,installation,daily maintenance and urgent repair of transmitting and transforming electric power projects.These enterprises undertake great responsibilities in constructing smart grids and maintaining the safety of the main frame network.Since the 1950 s,electric power construction enterprises have made significant contributions to the power grid construction of our country.With the restructuring of utilities industry and the entering of domestic private capitals,the power grid construction market has become increasingly competitive.Proposals on power enterprise reform had been submitted on the “two sessions” in 2014 to accelerate the transformation of electric power construction enterprises with improved management capacity and efficiency,lowered costs,and with more managerial,professional and supervising capacities.Cost management is at core of the reform.The cost management of construction project is the main subject of the cost control of power enterprises throughout the course of project construction.Improving the cost management and reducing the project cost are the first two priorities in enhancing competitiveness.On the basis of researchers both home and abroad,the thesis mainly uses the method of case analysis.Comprehensive budget management is taken as its theoretical base.It is aimed at polishing up the enterprise management and cutting down the cost.So choosing Company A as the subject investigated,the writer intends to analyze the situation and find problems in the detailed programs,and offer suggestions on optimizing organizational structures,budgeting,cost control and so on.This thesis combines the budget management model with cost veto,emphasizes the significance of the budget management system to the cost management of enterprises,promotes the segmentation of cost management and also makes the project construction costs under control.The purpose of this study is to offer readers a reference on improving the enterprise cost management based on the case study of Company A.
