First,it reviewed the progress survey of electricity marketing;based on the actuality and layout of electricity network of Benxi region,combining analytic methods of SWOT to analyze the inside and outside environment of this region,and found out the superior, weakness,opportunity and threaten that applied electricity marketing strategy in the Benxi region;Governed the electric power market according to the different factor to the Benxi electric power company to carry on subdivided and has established the goal market;formulates the market marketing strategy for the Benxi electric power company to provide the model;Formulates Benxi for company electric power marketing plan and so on product strategy,price strategy,promotion strategy,competition strategy, channel strategy,and proposed the implementation suggestion,provides the reference for its formulation electric power marketing strategy and the management strategy.
