At present,with the development of electric power system reform in China as well as the supply side reform,The core position of power grid enterprises has declined in the electric power market,its existing business model has been greatly impacted and monopoly was gradually broken.Therefore,under the new situation,the power grid enterprises must change the traditional electric power marketing idea,formulate the scientific and reasonable marketing strategy to develop the regional power market and finally realize the enterprise's benefit.Based on the theory of electric power marketing and the present situation of power market in Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau,this paper uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,theoretical research and case test to summarize Electricity Marketing Strategy of Zhaoqing according to draw lessons from Research on Electricity Marketing Strategy.Based on the analysis and comparison of Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau customer satisfaction survey and customer complaints,power outages,This paper truly reflects the marketing work board of Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau as the effective basis for SWOT analysis of power marketing environment of Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau,so as to provide scientific basis for the development of Indifference marketing strategy.In this paper,we compare BP,SVM and Per.the three different forecasting methods to predict the precision of the typical large customer's electricity load in Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau through case analysis based on the analysis of the significance of large customer electricity load forecasting.This paper finally draws different load forecasting method for large customer.This paper enhances the loyalty of large customers to power supply enterprises and achieves power supply and customer benefits of the "win-win" through the provision of load forecasting for large customers this personalized service.This article subdivides the power target market of Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau through price category in the view of enterprise efficiency.Based on depth analysis of the average price of electricity sales,electricity sales,electricity prospects,electricity characteristics between the target market after the division,this paper draws the contribution of the target market to the enterprise,so as to provide a reference for the development of differentiated marketing strategies for each target market to maximize the enterprise efficiency.Based on the above work,this paper puts forward the marketing strategy of Zhaoqing Power Supply Bureau,they are indifference strategy and differential strategy.The indifference strategy is developed for the entire electricity market Including product strategy,quality service strategy,promotion strategy and combination strategy.The differentiation strategy is tailored to meet the individual needs of the segmented target market.
