Study On The Cost And Schedule Of The Electric Construction Project Based On Earned Value

The 13th Five-Year Plan period is the decisive period for China to build a well-off society in an all-round way.Electricity is the basic industry related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.It is related to the overall economic and social development and faces important opportunities and challenges for development.The unbalanced development of power grid,especially in some remote mountainous areas,the harsh natural environment and construction technology requirements in these areas bring severe challenges to the construction of power engineering projects.How to efficiently complete the project is a problem that every project manager needs to think about.Quality,schedule and cost are the "three major objectives" that every project must pay attention to.They are interrelated and mutually restrictive.Firstly,this paper combs the related theories of project management,construction schedule cost management,earned value method,and establishes the theoretical basis for the application of earned value method.It mainly includes five parts: work structure decomposition,work responsibility allocation,work order determination,schedule preparation and cost planning.Finally,it selects "January 1,2017" and "February 12,2017" as mid-term inspection nodes,and "April 22,2017" as final inspection nodes,and applies the earned value method to XH power generation.In the force project,check the deviation between the actual cost schedule and the anticipated plan,find out the cause of the deviation and give the deviation solution.After constructing the overall plan of XH power project cost schedule control,this paper selects three test nodes to apply the earned value method in it,verifies the effectiveness of earned value method in project cost schedule control,and provides reference for other similar power project cost and schedule control in the future.
