On China's Food Safety Problem With The Government Management

China's food safety problem happened frequently and affect a very wide-ranging issues in recent years, In this thesis, pointing out that the role of government in this question can not be ignored. At food safety issues, the majority of people has become a cognition that the government should take full responsibility for the question, but the government is not omnipotent, the characteristics of food, as well as market failures and other reasons are same problem caused food safety question, therefore, further research on food safety in our country for improving China's food safety system has an important role in promoting.such as:the government authority in the definition and management methods.This article is divided into five parts: the first part introduces the significance of this issue and the current research at home and abroad ; the second part from the "food security" meaning , then start to generalize the general problem of food safety factors, and analyzes the cause of the problem of food safety reasons, the final question is to make an overview of our country food safety; the third part is to analyze the Government of our country on the current food safety management status, and define the scope of government responsibility; fourth part through an overview of foreign food safety management model and the relevant experience, summed up the methods and the characteristics of these countries on management of food safety , and put out some of the basic ideas and related solutions on my own; fifth part discussof how to improve the Government's food safety management in our country, pointing out that the relationship between the government and the market required a balance ,and need to strengthen the information system construction and food safety education, then should give full play to the supervisory role of the third force.
