As the core motivation of organification and sophistication in enterprise resource structure, technology innovation is the driving force for enterprises to survive and development as well as the fundamental way to enhance the economic efficiency and achieve intensive management. Enterprises who are in the forefront of technology innovation will possess the initiative in the fierce market competition. Faced the fierce market competition and the acceleration of world economy integration and the arrival of the knowledge-based economy, Chinese enterprises have to carry out technology innovation actively and continuously improve the scientific and technological content of products and competitiveness in order to win. As a result, analysis and research of the enterprises technology innovation not only has academic value, but also has important practical significance.China's government has been taking great importance to technology innovation. In medium and long-term of technology innovation in China's development plan, one important task in the national innovation system is the establishment and improvement of innovation system which regards the enterprises as the mainstay, market as orientation and combines the enterprises and researches. So using the systematic view to make research in Chinese enterprises innovation technology is an important issue for China to further open mind and guide economic development with scientific development view. Since technology innovation is seen as a dynamic complex system which is made up by several elements, traditional views and liner model can no longer apply to the analysis and research the technology innovation system. First of all, we must study and research from systematic, dynamic, evolutional and developing perspective in order to keep from one-sidedness and static view of all kinds of theories. Therefore, in the theoretical research and social practice, using self-organization theory to study the technology innovation system will come out sooner or later. The research of self-organization theory system in technology innovation of enterprises is a further development and shows a reveal and grasp of inherent law of technology innovation system as well as making up for deficiencies of the original theory. Self-organization theory system of technology innovation is the essence of Self-organization theory and methodology based on the original technology innovation system and the expansion of technology innovation system. With the formation, development and maturity of technology innovation system and the gradual improvement of self-organization theory, it provides a theoretical base for self-organization technology innovation system under different disciplines trend.Self-organization theory is taken as the most challenging and revolutionary theory in the contemporary natural and social sciences. It opens a new way in the studies of complex systems. Weather in the natural system or social system, etc, we can't keep from the domination of objective law of self-organization theory in order to improve operational efficiency. As a complex social system, technology innovation system of enterprises also has to be subject to the self-organization theory during its operation. Also in the process of learning from nature, human society found that the efficiency of self-organization theory system is far superior to the systems that are organized from many experiences of success or failure through exploration. This paper attempts to focus on the social system—the initial period of technology innovation system of enterprises. By complying self-organization law, we construct the self-organization theory system of technology innovation through organizing processes. This will reduce the formation time of social self-organization system: in the evolution process after the formation of system, external environment will input qualifications into the internal system, promote the system to develop independently, and improve operational efficiency of self-organization theory system of technology innovation. The article focuses on the analysis of the constructing process of self-organization theory system of technology innovation. The construction and analysis of self-organization theory system of technology innovation is a totally new, holistic and dynamic research. The research of self-organization theory system of technology innovation not only values more in the theoretical research, but also of great important significance in enhancing China's international competitiveness and status. According to the definition of related system, it is thought that system is a functional and integrated continuum of acts which is composed of interrelated, interdependent and mutual constraints in a certain environment. Elements constitute the basic units of system. Therefore, in the constructing process of self-organization theory system of technology innovation we analysis both the elements of Self-organization system and the relationship between elements. The paper pays more attention to the input and output qualifications in operating environment of self-organization theory system of technology innovation. Finally, we takes the innovative projects of Electronics Group Co. Ltd. In Jilin Province for example and makes a detailed analysis of the qualifications in constructing the self-organized system. We expect to provide useful guidance and help for technology innovations of enterprises.There are six chapters in this article: Chapter 1 mainly outlines the background and the significance of writing this paper. In chapter 1, we also define the concept of technology innovation, and make a review of the self-organization theory in technology innovation. The research content and logical structure is also showed in Chapter 1. Chapter 2 summarizes the source and development and structure of self-organization theory and methodology. The required conditions in formatting self-organization system are analyzed as well as how to use self-organization theory and methodology to study social problems. Chapter 3 outlines the significance of researching technology innovation of enterprises using systematic view. We also analyze current status and the developing trend of technology innovation system--self-organization theory. Chapter 4 is the most important and core chapter of this paper. Following the law of self-organizing system, we construct the self-organization theory system of technology innovation (including the redefinitions of constituent elements and the structure of elements). Chapter 4 researches and analyzes the input and output conditions of enterprises self-organization system and operating environment. Through the analysis the failure causes of the TFT-LCD pilot of Electronics Group Co. Ltd. In Jilin Province, Chapter 5 comes to the following conclusion: during the constructing process of self-organization theory system of technology innovation in Electronics Group Co. Ltd. in Jilin Province, failing to meet the required conditions results in the failure of formatting the self-organization system. At the same time, a good operating efficiency can't be met and ultimately has to be eliminated. Chapter 6 is the conclusion and outlook of the whole paper. In this chapter, we take a review of the main research work in the article, sum up the research result and take a outlook in the future.
