Research Of Technological Construction Of Innovation System Of Our Country

With the coming of knowledge economy, technology innovation has become the source of the power in the development of each country. In order to fit for the requirements of the international and domestic situation development, creating a national innovation system becomes one of the most important missions in the science field. Thus, by focusing on the details of information industry and starting with the fact of the industry innovation system construction, this thesis gives the research on the issues the innovation system creation in the IT industry in our country.Beginning with the genesis, development and practice of technology innovation, the author studied the fundamental theories of technology innovation, national innovation system and industry innovation system construction. From the aspects of policy environments, government framework, enterprises, universities, scientific research institution, science agencies and social capitals in our country, we also did the research on the current situation of IT industry innovation system. The author also found some issues and to fit for the requisitions of future development, he brought forward a guideline of creating a innovation system with enterprises as the foundation and enterprises, government, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities and social capitals coordinating together. He gave the basic framework of this new innovation system as well as 5 types of innovation models to satisfy different technology fields. All the above provide the theoretical and practical references for the construction of the innovation system in IT field.As the conclusion, the author summarized the whole thesis and gave the perspectives of future research at last.
