Today's society has entered a "knowledge economy" era. In the knowledge economy, people pay more attention to the influence and the role of knowledge of national and corporate. Using knowledge, the quality of staff and the use efficiency of the professional skills and expert knowledge can be improved, and the work efficiency also can be improved. The rise of concept of knowledge management in recent years break the traditional understanding of information and understanding of the yoke, provide enterprises a source of endless power to facing to the fierce competition in the era of knowledge economy. How to have a better globalization is many multinational corporations'business strategy. In the process of globalization, knowledge management has become increasingly important. Knowledge management model in the context of the information society and its information technology and systems engineering through a combination of systematic collection, storage and application of knowledge, by acquiring and collecting valuable personal knowledge and analysis in the history of the commercial activities the reasons for success or failure to improve the management level, for scientific decision-making more accurate and effective support.In the last two decades, automotive manufacturing industry have gradually become the pillar industry of many countries with an unprecedented pace of development and the large scale development. In the context of the era of knowledge economy, automotive manufacturers in the information technology and knowledge-based socio-economic and cultural environment. As the main socio-economic of the automobile industry, the importance of knowledge management has not kept pace with timely knowledge management model development. China's auto manufacturing industry attention to the urgent need for knowledge management in the future survival and development of potential opportunities and challenges. Knowledge management is the strategic choice of management model of motor vehicle manufacturers.Knowledge management can help automotive manufacturers address the knowledge-sharing and reuse issues. Knowledge management is a system that is to help companies know what was found, how to position people with expertise in, how to transfer such knowledge, and how to effective use of knowledge systems. Knowledge management means that at the right time to the right knowledge to the right people to enable them to take the most appropriate action to avoid repeat errors and duplication of work. Knowledge management is concerned about how to get in people's knowledge, and give full play to the role. Knowledge management is a systematic use of information and professional skills, improve organizational innovation, responsiveness, improve staff productivity and quality skills. Knowledge management is an issue of access, innovation, packaging, distribution, use and maintenance of a continuous cycle of knowledge.At present, China's automobile manufactur enterprises of the importance of knowledge management upward trend. Business and technology managers in charge of growing recognition that in the next 10 years, knowledge will be an important economic factors. Master core technologies and expertise of individuals and businesses will be tremendous benefits. Many big domestic auto manufacturers are also attached great importance to knowledge, training and re-use of the funds invested heavily in staff training and for establishing an enterprise knowledge base. Therefore, the study of knowledge management model to accelerate the development of automobile manufacturers, automobile manufacturers to upgrade the competitiveness of enterprises is necessary.But the development of China's auto industry 50 years, real development or in the decades after the reform and opening-up time. Since entering the 21st century, the rapid development of China's automobile industry, the formation of a number of varieties, a full range of all types of vehicle and parts production and support systems, industrial concentration increasing significantly enhance the level of product technology, has become the world's largest producer of automobiles. China's auto enterprises and multinational enterprises in all aspects of motor vehicles in particular, the core of competitiveness there are still a wide gap between. Automotive irrational industrial structure, technological level is not high, self-development capacity is weak, consumer policy and other issues are still outstanding imperfect, energy, environmental protection, urban transportation and other constraints become more and more. Since the second half of 2008, with the spread of international financial crisis deepened and the international automotive market a serious decline, the domestic car market have been seriously affected, resulting in negative growth in production and marketing industry, focusing on the economic efficiency of enterprises fell, weak development of own brand cars, my car industry was facing a grim situation.The majority of automobile production enterprises in management, there are many issues, such as the management of non-standard, strong randomness; enterprises lacked long-term strategic objectives; production-oriented enterprises; the authority of government enterprises; the concept of weak human resources; lack of enterprise culture. That is why the auto manufacturers need to implement knowledge management. Automobile manufacturers around the implementation of knowledge management in the enterprise knowledge flows to the process, but mostly knowledge-intensive enterprises, the exchange and sharing, the use of innovation and value-added in four segments. Automobile manufacturers, including the process of knowledge management or knowledge to build knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer and knowledge application of the four activities. Automobile production enterprises of the constraints of knowledge management include: behind the concept of enterprise management; rigid organizational structure of enterprises; enterprise incentive system obsolete; imperfect property rights protection system; information technology infrastructure. Automobile manufacturers to implement knowledge management projects can be divided into planning, grooming, selection, implementation and evaluation of five stages.This paper has done a risk analysis of the automobile manufacturers to implement knowledge management. There are the risk of business goal, the risk of corporate culture, risk of IT technology, the risk of knowledge assets, the risk of the organizational structure of enterprises, the risk of evaluation and incentives, and financial risk. In response to these risks, some corresponding control strategy was presented. Based on the AHP and FUZZY, comprehensive evaluation of knowledge management performance evaluation. And an automobile manufacturer as an example, try the empirical analysis.
