Research On Knowledge Management Of Automobile Enterprises

The 21st century is considered as the era of knowledge economy, in which knowledge is the major producing ingredient and always taken as vital resources of enterprise. The capability of obtaining, creating, transmitting and using knowledge would be the key point to existence and development of enterprises, which require enterprises to take knowledge management. With China joining WTO, auto enterprises will face more fierce competition. To adapt to crucial outer environment and demands of the era of knowledge economy, the introduction of knowledge management is an indispensable means of existence of auto enterprise.This thesis is composed of seven parts. The first part introduces domestic and foreign research on knowledge management and the second is mainly about the analysis on characters of knowledge economy era, classification of knowledge, relations between knowledge management and knowledge economy, and transferring mode and creating procession. The third part is concerning about blueprint of knowledge management: firstly, it establishes destination of knowledge management system current knowledge assets and systems;secondly, it designs framework of management, knowledge management group and organization structure;in the third place, analysis is put on knowledge sharing and mechanism of organization study;last but not least, establishment of alliance of knowledge management is put forward. The fourth part is the introduction of knowledge management in auto enterprise, in the light of introduction of the third part, discussing designing ways of knowledge management system in auto enterprise. The fifth part analyzes domestic and foreign experience cases. Research fruition, innovation and drawbacks are put forward in the sixth part.
