Thoughts On Urban-rural Spatial Planning Of Less-developed Regions Of Southeast Of China

With intensifying the linkage of intestine regional economy, adjusting and upgrading industrial layout as well as improving macro-regional traffic conditions, China has come into a new period of "international-regional" development. Hereon, the urbanism and industrialisation of eastern less-developed regions are facing some fateful challenges. After analyses of general problems and restrictive factors of urban and rural space development in county-level, this paper forwards that spatial planning should be the cut-in point of eastern less-developed regions. Through integration of space planning and proceeding, the concept of urban-rural spatial planning can be carried out in county-level, and furthermore, a kit of compositive development tactics and proceeding planning could be built.
