As one of the basic works for an enterprise, more and more importance has been placed on staff training. Especially in today's integrated world economy, how to set up and implement an effective training mechanism and how to set up a learning-oriented organization are the aims which many enterprises pursue. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the staff training of TZE, this paper tries to reveal the problems in the management of staff training and provide some suggestions of improvement with the purpose of being helpful to the sustainable development of the company, especially to the staff training programs.First, this article introduces the elementary theories related to the staff training and summarises its characteristics about staff training in western developed countries, which provides theoretical grounds for this article. By developing the staff training, the staff qualities and the management level can be bettered. Second, on the basis of the probe into the training actuality for the Zhongxing Telecom's staff, this article makes a further analysis on the erroneous zone, the problems and the reasons in staff training, and raises the measures for improvement. Then by probing into the completely theoretical research on the training and taking into account the staff's requirements and the actuality of the Zhongxing Telecom, the article puts forward the countermeasures on how to set up the training mechanism, and works out a more systematic training mechanism, which meets the enterprises'present situation.Based on the training system, the article makes a compete, multi-level and multi-channel probe into the staff training. Last, this article throws light on the factors which affect the training qualities, and raises a series of gurantee measures against the training. This article aims to function as a guidance for the work of the staff training through setting up a systematic training mechanism.Based on the self-study of the staff with the E-learning mode, a scientific and perfect training management system of TZE should be constructed by creating a dynamic market driven training system and organization of study as well as by combining the training and the career of the staff organically. Guaranteed by the entrepreneur culture, the training can promote the quality of the staff as well as the core competitiveness of the company.
