The 21st century is a big flow and big circulation age. Under such time background, the enterprise will face more keen competition, thus every superintendent has to ponder these realistic questions that is how to face the competition and truly to build the enterprise to the last. After several dozens years' development, the spirit industry has already gone out the valley, but in all it still has a big disparity between some advanced brews alcohol the enterprises in west. How to raise the service level, reduce the cost, enhance competitive advantage of the enterprise and the enhancement management efficiency are each operator's goals, the management and the control which strengthened the sale flows is one of the effective ways to realize them.This article take MT Corporation as the research object, discussed about three stratification planes, the theory elaboration, the existence problem and the solution measure.First it introduced the correlation theory of the thing flows, including the sales forecast, the stock management, the transportation management, the selected location theory, the thing flows the organization, the third party flows and so on.Next introduced the MT Corporation's basic situation, the analysis the present situation of sales logistics and the other existence questions.Once more, utilizes the related physical distribution theory, according to the MT Corporation reality, proposed that the sales physical distribution system makes the improvement the guiding principle and the improvement strategy, to the company sales predict, the customer service level, the selected location plan, the stock management, the transportation management, the organization plan and so on has made the improvement separately. In the sales predict, in the customer service level hypothesis, the selected location, the stock management utilizes the quota the analysis method. This article also unifies the product life cycle, the customer relations management and based on the time competition strategy, proposes the corresponding delivery service strategy.Finally, the model proposes the MT Corporation modern physical distribution construction and the corresponding safeguard mechanism according to "the world-class physical distribution".
