Research On Customs Processing Trade Management Mode Of Tianjin Port

For thirty years development, the Processing trade has been the main force of China export, and the value of Processing trade has been"half of the country"of export total value. But recently, the explosive development of Processing trade brings many problems. Processing trade aggravates the Chinese trade surplus, it's the reason of trade conflict and the focus of condemnation; configuration of industry is inconsequence, there are not high-tech technology in most of the Processing trade companies; the local governments pay more attention to economy benefit, many projects destroy environment and deplete nature resource.At the same time, the development of Processing trade challenges the traditional customs management mode. The problems of customs management mode appear. The dissertation introduces the actuality of Tianjin Processing trade, analyses the problems of Tianjin Processing trade and Processing trade companies, and points out the shortcomings of customs management mode. On a basis of improving customs Processing trade management system, we give some advice to reform the customs Processing trade mode with Tianjin port actuality by using Business Process Reengineering (BPR) theory.
