Countermeasure Analysis Of The Construction Of Tianjin International Logistics Center

With the rapid development of the society and the national economy,modern logistics is highlighted and placed more and more importance to . Newly developed Binhai new area especially in Tianjin, introducing modern logistics and developing its moving and ensuring function to the economy,will surely arrive at gigantic boosting role to Tianjin,North China even being encircled by development of the Bohai Sea area in the process of making north international shipping centre and international logistics centre. But the Tianjin logistics job is still in the transition period from traditional form to modern,big gaps exist in each aspect such as idea,environment,infrastructural facilities and human resources.Based on this kind of situation, this paper indicates the achievements and problems of Tianjin logistics industry in Chapter two, by concluding current environment in three areas of logistics including information, infrastructure construction and serve. Also in Chapter three, we analyzed the future environment which Tianjin logistics industry will face and demonstrates pros and cons in the future. And after carrying a need analysis of Tianjin modern logistics, a Regression analysis method is given to establish the relationship between the next total logistics and the GDP of Tianjin, along with further prediction of the demand for space structure, flows and demand for all types of transportation mode. Clarifying contents above, this paper started to pursue methods of leading future Tianjin modern logistics from macroscopic view. Chapter four extracted experience suitable to Tianjin by analyzing modern logistics in advanced area both domestic and international. Chapter five is the conclusion of the whole paper, which gave a detailed description of the idea of boosting the modern logistics in Tianjin. It is indicated that the government place more emphasis in policy guidance, infrastructural construction, and fostering market &corporate to ensure the modern logistics to develop smoothly and rapidly in Tianjin, which will definitely contributes to the development of Binhai new area and Tianjin economy.
