Research Of Development Strategy Of Tianjin Taida Environment Protect Company.,Ltd

The waste-to-power industry is a new industry which flourished in recent years in China. This industry belongs to the municipal and environment-protection industry.Waste-to-power is a kind of reproduced energy which is encouraged by the government,and it's also the representative of recircle-economy .With the encourage- ment of the government for environment-protection, reproduced energy and circle-economy, The waste-to-power industry has developed very rapidly.But in the meantime of development, some of enterprise which entried into waste-to-power project earlier were obstructed. Tianjin Taida Environment Protect Co.,Ltd(TEPC) invested in the waste-to-power industry earlier in China .After succeeding in the construction of Tianjin Shuanggang Waste-to Power Plant , it is a difficult thing to decide TEPC's development strategy with so many opportunities and threats in waste-to-power industry.But it must be decided earlier.In the paper,The waste-to-power industry environment,the internal and external environment of TEPC are analyzed on the basis of complex discussion about the research status of national and worldwide strategic management theory.The TEPC'Superior,Worse,Opportunity, Threat were summarized,which construct SWOT matrix.Through SWOT analysis,the development strategy were elicited:the four basis strategies(management-perfecting,persons-regarding with ability,cost-reducing,trap-avoiding)and one key strategy (industrialization).The four strategies are the basis of the TEPC developmemt.The key strategy is actualized on the basis of the four strategies.
