Study On The Development Strategy Of ShenZhen Energy Environment Protection Co.Ltd

Along with the rapid economic development of our country, the increasing urban population, the growing size of city, and people’s living standards improving gradually, the urban living garbage output increases year after year. Therefore, how to deal with urban development of urban living garbage is one of the key problems encountered in the urban development. The garbage incineration power generation has such advantages as that it covers the small area, the site is more easily determined, the processing is rapid, the recovery is completely harmless, and the burned waste heat can be reused, therefore, this technology is widely used all over the world. Our country continues to support the waste incineration industry, so this industry is facing to a good opportunity of development. However, the enterprises engaged in the garbage incineration power generation also encounter many problems at present, some of which even threaten the survival and development of the enterprises and the industry. Thus, they need to correctly establish the developing strategies, to seize the opportunity, avoid the risk, and to obtain sustainable development. The enterprise strategic management is to make major decisions related to the development direction of the enterprise and put them into practice after investigating a large of information. This process can be divided into three stages, namely, the strategic analysis stage, the strategy selection stage, and the strategy implementation and control stage. According to these three stages and relevant theories, this paper firstly analyze the internal and external environments of Shenzhen Energy Environment Company., Ltd, and establishes the IFE matrix and EFE matrix in turn, then, carries out the SWOT analysis and then makes the related strategies, finally, proposes proposals for the implementation of the strategies, which can be referenced for the garbage incineration power generation enterprise.
