Based on this analysis, this article proposes the business process reengineering and management innovation mode which suited the actual situation of Huajin Pharmaceutical co., ltd. GMP has special importance in drugs manufacturing industries. Tianjin Huajin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd used GMP as starting and basic points of business process reengineering and management innovation.
