Performance management is a core issue in Human Resources Management System. Establishing perfect performance management system can inspire employees' initiative, creativeness, and the most important thing is that a well operating performance management system can guarantee the realization of enterprise strategies, can form an high efficiency and harmonious performance culture and finally improve enterprise's competitiveness and adaptability. Therefore, all levels administrators pay much attention to issues concerning performance management. In most cases, performance management is used to be a tool by the enterprise. When it is implemented for a while, it was not to be found to have a obvious effect like people's imagination, even it seriously contradict with enterprise culture and finally people have to stop the implementation of performance management. This phenomenon shows that there are some errors at the beginning of performance management. People should cognize performance management is thinking style change of Human Resources Management, that is performance management is using not only a new tool to make management, but also a new thinking style to make management. It is an establishment of performance culture.This essay consists three parts: theoretical research on performance and performance management; characteristics of Beijing anti-counterfeiting printing company and analysis on the current status of performance management; designing of performance management system according to the focus of performance management of Beijing anti-counterfeiting printing company.Firstly, through illustrate related theories of performance management.
