The performance appraisal is a important contents of the performance management. Establishing and implementing the performance appraisal system is a more complicated system engineering. It indicated more process, more index & complicated. The premise of the performance appraisal establishing validly is the scientific design, more stronger process and match organization actual. Yet, the key factor that decide the valid performance appraisal and constitute the core contents is the index enactment. This text quote from the method of application of balanced scoring cards, overall introducing the whole process of the performance appraisal establish and implement. First, this text introduce the basic theory of performance appraisal, Then system anglicizing the establishing and resolving of the index of performance appraisal, accountability corpus and system guarantee, the implement step, performance communication, performance evaluation, performance talk personally and feedback, performance appraisal system improving and result cashing note etc. This text has certain of instruction meaning to the establishing and implementing of performance appraisal.
