By using Diffusion Index and Composite Index, the paper analyzed quantitatively the situation of Wenzhou real estate period since 1994, proved the existence of real estate cycle in Wenzhou, and analyzed qualitatively the factors of macroeconomic policy, industry economy, psychology that influence the cycle. It can play a reference pole in measuring the development of regional real estate and national economy, at the same time, it can give basis of making the policy of macro-contral in real etsate. |
