The development of enterprise culture has the significant function to the results of enterprise long-term operating,the advanced enterprise culture is the moral support and power resource for the enterprise continiously development, is the important component of enterprise core competitiveness. In the parent-subsidiary company, the subsidiary company enterprise culture often follows parent company's enterprise culture directly, lacking the innovation. As a subsidiary company which has the separate legal entity qualifications, how not only to receive the parent company's culture, maintains the value idea with the parent company, but also innovates it's own enterprise culture and retains it's own culture characteristic, is a discussionable question in the enterprise culture construction process.This paper has discussed and analyzed the problem lies in HuaRong estate company ,which is the subsidiary co. of HuaRong Group, obtaining the enterprise culture characteristic of HuaRong estate scientifically, making it clear about the enterprise development direction.On this basis carrying on the design and the implementation, further deepened the enterprise culture construction idea, made the enterprise culture construction working on each stage, played the effective promotion in the production,operation and the long-term development of enterprise.Through the enterprise culture construction of HuaRong estate co.,we can get such conclusions: In the parent-subsidiary company, the subsidiary company must breakthrough the culture bottleneck with innovation, developing it's own enterprise culture idea system under the parent company enterprise culture frame effectively; to construct the subsidiary, company enterprise culture, we must decompose the essential behavior standards which can be distinguished and operate arround the core idea; the subsidiary company must not only remould it's enterprise culture, but also integrate the brand culture, dredging the culture channel from enterprise culture to the brand culture; must plan and match the company strategy through the operating of intermediate stage strategy and the enterprise culture system simultaneously, solves the problem which supporting the company's strategic development in the future with the spiritual dynamic system; must excavate the enterprise culture individuality, dividing the idea level, refining the enterprise idea system scientificaly,systematically and orderly based on the professional background,manifesting the professional culture characteristic.As an applied essay,this paper has the instructive meaning to HuaRong eatate co.,and provides reference to other enterprises in the enterprise culture construction.
