The influence of management and organization factors on ERP implementation is considered important, and more and more professional begin to study the Critical Success Factors in ERP implementing. But the researches on how the ERP implementation is influenced by these factors are not enough, especially, those on how it is influenced by the culture factors are very few in China.The thesis analyzes the Chinese enterprise culture to the ERP implementation influence.
