Research On The Construction Of Enterprise Culture Of Dasheng Corporation

The enterprise culture is the enterprise's values, learning and working style habits and norms of behavior. It is very important to condense employees, improve work efficiency. Engineering investigation enterprises belongs to construction industry. As an important part, the study of engineering investigation enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprise culture, has the significant practical significance to promote the level of reconnaissance-and-design quality, and improve the small and medium-sized enterprise's core competitiveness, condense and motivate staff, promote its sustainable development.This paper first discusses the foreign enterprise culture theory, domestic enterprise culture theory. Through the investigation of Dasheng's culture, this paper points out the company is enterprise cultural construction and the existing problems and deficiencies. At the same time this paper state our country's engineering investigation companies'profession characteristic and industry policy.Through the investigation, analysis and research on Dasheng's culture, this thesis suggest to adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, individuation principle, operability principle, the consistency principle, harmonious and sustainable development. Low-cost strategies is proposed. Most important, Dasheng's enterprise culture construction must combined with its recruitment, training, performance management and incentive system, closely combining the norms of behavior.
