With the complexity of economic system , creation mechanism and competition mechanism of business value have undergone profound changes,value creation from the chain models evolves into the net patterns,and market competition from"individual competition"evolves into"group competition"。Human resource management outsourcing gets fast advancement because of lowering cost of enterprise operation cost,and cultivating core competitiveness,focusing on their core business and strategic activities,and getting external professional resources and integration of skilled human resources specialists and advantages。Because of complexity and dynamic of the environment and uncertainty of market demand,human resource management outsourcing is facing big risks。To reduce the risk,I take risk management in human resource management outsourcing;therefore,this thesis on the basis of our predecessors makes human resource management outsourcing reduce risks through cooperation of value net,because enterprises are not to effectively reduce the risk by itself。In human resource management outsourcing enterprises should not only consider interests of enterprises,but also consider outsourcing service providers and other stakeholders interests,only the way enterprises get lasting competitive advantage。This thesis is composed of five parts。Chapter one is to describe research background,research methods,research significance and innovation,and literature is reviewed。Chapter two is to analyze creation system of value chain and value net and proposes that human resource management outsourcing should choose value system of the value net。Chapter three is to take risk management in human resource management through the introduction of two typical case and analysis risk systematically in human resource management outsourcing,mainly from market risk,human resource outsourcing decision making risk,evaluation and selection of outsourcing service providers risk,supervision and control of outsourcing service providers risk and knowledge transfer risk in value net。Chapter four is to get specific risk control strategy through risk analysis in chapter three。Chapter five is to get summary and further prospect for human resource management outsourcing in value net。...
