The road passenger transport enterprises as an actor of the market,need to draw up the business strategy according to the situation of the market. Based on the strategy of matching requirements definition. Before to carry out the strategy the firm should inspect and value the self condition and external environment,then to choose and draw up the right strategy in this fundamentally. The development strategy should be to leverage the advantages of avoiding weakness in the external environment of threats and opportunities should be made to reflect the actions taken. CCT transport group,one of the road passenger transport enterprises has been choose in the thesis,through the company facing the road,passenger transport market research,to discuss the basic model in development of road passenger transport,thus to form the group of the road passenger transport development strategy.This article first analysis the Chongqing road transportation group company's external environment, mainly analysis the present situation and the development tendency of the road transportation, the influence of "entering into WTO",analysis the company's macroscopic environment, utilized five strength models to the analysis competition.Through research formed the following conclusions and content:①Definite the strategy location and guide thinking of the group. To draw up the basic principles of developing strategies.②To raise the road passenger transport business strategy of the group.③The group business development of the road.④The implementation of the strategy and the protection measures.In order to avoid matching the lack of definition,the road passenger transport market in depth investigations and researches before the thesis has been prepared,compared with the full understanding the CCT group of the road passenger transport market environment, through analysis by the CCT transport group of the advantages and disadvantages,environmental threats and opportunities,to facilitate strategic choice.Through this article's research, we can provide the basis for formulating the management strategy for the CCT group company, at the same time also provide the model for formulating the management strategy for the large-scale state-owned enterprise of the road transportation.
