Chongqing Industrial Structure Evolution Impact On Employment

Experience of the economy and society development has shown that,in addition to economy growth speed,established in the total economy,industrial structure is an important parameter to decide employment scale which has an important impact on expanding of the employment capacity,namely,the industrial structure is an important factor affecting employment. Therefore,we should grasp the trends that the impact of the industrial structure changing on employment, and comply with the law of its development, use economic policy to make timely readjustment for the industrial structure,improve the maximum level of employment of the whole society.This paper selects Chongqing as the study object,Chongqing is a special city: Economic output small ,not only is the big city also is the big country side, dual structure obvious ,traditional industry compared to significant ,added question and so on Three Gorges storehouse district immigrant placement contradictory creates the employment to be prominent. Present stage Chongqing is being in the cities advancement and the industrial structure adjustment crucial time, the massive country sides rich-odd labor force and the cities came off sentry duty the unemployed person to bring the huge pressure to the employment. It's very significant to seek the right employment structure adapts to the industrial structure, to accelerate the transformation of the employment structure, and to reduce the unemployment.Firstly, this paper reviews the related theories,following,it analyzes the industrial structure evolution process and the trends of employment changes in Chongqing,and aggregates the change trends and gives general comments; then analyzes the relevance between industrial structure evolution and employment of Chongqing,it studies the effect of industrial structure on employment structure, including analysis of the relevance of industrial and employment structure.In the end this article based on the results of these analysis above, suggests some economic policy in order to promote the employment in Chongqing. This paper aims to analyze Chongqing's employment problem from the perspective of the industrial structure evolving process,and hope to properly handle the issue of employment problem.In a word , through the analysis of Chongqing's industrial structure and employment structure,we can conclude that along with the sustained and rapid economic growth,industrial and employment structure have undergone profound changes. The primary industry has clear downward trend,the secondary industry performs steadily with increased trend,and the tertiary industry has significant increased trend. The industrial structure develops in the positive direction for the employment,but changes in the employment structure have yet to be improved and there is a certain lag. Hope that the relevant measures presented in this papers can promote the harmonious development of Chongqing's employment structure and industrial structure in future.
