The Study On The Development Of Iron Ore Logistics Of Rizhao Port

Rizhao Port is the main hub port of art,coal and other staple bulk cargo. Iron ore logistics is the focus of development in the future. Since 2003, Rizhao Port has invested 3.5 billion yuan to build a 200,000-ton and a 300,000- ton of ore dedicated terminal. In the development of strategies, to 2010, Rizhao Port will become the China's largest ore intermediate post, of which the overall transit capacity will reach 80 million tons. Under the current situation, how to achieve maximum capacity and maintain the long-term goal is the urgent problem need to address now. According to the development of iron ore logistics on Rizhao port, the development of iron ore logistics on stone mortar dock of Rizhao part is proposed in this paper.Through analysis of the status of Rizhao Port, iron ore supply situation and needs of the hinterland, the internal and external conditions of dense and set; this paper use a large number of informative and authoritative data and Napier curve prediction model, defines the trend of the development of iron ore on stone mortar dock.The development of the integrated development strategy and enhance logistics and information doubleaction development strategies are raised in this paper through strategic analysis.Through the analysis of the current status of iron ore transport and logistics distribution, the main constraints to the development of the logistics of iron ore is identified that lack of the local transport condition and berthing capacity within the condition of their own yard, which needs to speed up the ore second phase project and the third phase project of the west pork in the future course. In the application of theory, combining the existing layout and the logistics conditions, the paper analyzes the strategic development trend of the Rizhao Port using the means of SWOT, and proposes the growth strategy developing iron ore logistics in the future. And using the principle of distribution and logistics location theory in the modem logistics infrastructure, the ore terminal of the second phase project of the program and the general layout are analyzed and designed. To improve the future the overall layout of logistics planning of iron ore port, this paper use profit and loss balance method and sensitivity analysis makes the economic evaluation of the ore for the second phase project at last. Because the type of iron ore is single, the batch of it is little but large amount for each batch, it develops very slowly. Not only the logistics of iron ore in the country has not yet developed, but also it is just beginning in abroad recently. Emphasized on advanced and innovative, this paper has a high research value in the development of port logistics and improving national infrastructure function, and provides a reference value to other logistics of iron ore port development.
