Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Power Loss Management Of Huainan Power Supply Company

During "11^th Five-Year Plan" period, according to the new situation of reform and development in the electric power industry, the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) brings up one of the overall goals about "energy-saving reduction", that is, the loss rate will be reduced by 0.3 percentage compared with the loss rate in 2005. Huainan company, as one basic unit of SGCC, how to implement the national and provincial power grid company's "energy reduction" policy or the spirit of the document, to study Huainan power loss reduction system will be the main tasks and goals in the future.First of all, this paper summarizes the current domestic and foreign line loss management, and according to the objectives of "Energy reduction" policy and requirements of SGCC and Anhui Electric Power Corporation, analyzes the status quo of the power loss management and development trends of the national and Anhui power grid. After that, the paper analyzes the status quo of Huainan power grid line loss management, including the specific measures in line loss management in the aspects of Huainan power grid construction, economic operation, measures management, the application of new technologies ect., finds out the existing problems and the causes in Huainan Power line loss management. And then, the paper points out several countermeasures to solve the problems in three aspects of the management system, technology system and guarantee system. Finally, the author takes the line loss management experience of Huangshan power supply company as a typical case, makes some reference ways for Huainan company to cut down the power loss, this can guide the management of energy saving for huainan power supply company in the right direction.
