Electric power industry is the key industry to carry out energy saving measures actively.It is significant to forecast the power demand scientifically,to make the electric power industry steady and suffice,which is not only the basic of national economics,but also the supreme goal of power industry.There must be some infection to power demand because of national energy saving policy.Therefore,it is important to analyse the power demand forecasting method under the condition of energy saving to forecast the power demand scientifically.In this paper,the index decomposition method about energy intensity is analyzed firstly. Logarithmic mean Divisia index(LMDI) technique is used to decompose changes in a province's electricity intensity and both sub-sector structure and sub-sector intensity account for the increase of China's electricity intensity.It reveals that structure change had an important influence on China's electricity intensity change.Then there are some discussions about policy of energy saving of electric power industry and consumers.Finally the power demand model is established based on the Input-output method with case study,in which energy saving is considered. |
