Individual skill transmission, which is an important method to make the tacit knowledge organized, can realize the skill transmission between individuals effectively. However, skill transmission is a complex dynamic process, and there is a series of influencing factors. Thus, from the view of tacitness, this paper analyzes driving factors of skills transmission under three different tacit degrees, makes comparison and gives reasonable explanations to provide theoretical support for skill transmission management in the organization.First of all, on the basis of literature review, factors are concluded from three levels: individual factors, relational factors and organizational factors. Under the view of tacitness, an individual skill system is constructed, which sorts skills as programmed skill, practical skill and intellectual skill according to the tacit degree from low to high. The characters of each kind of skill and the dynamic developing process of the system are given. Secondly, on the basis of premier studies, the initial scale is made. Then, the initial scale is tested and modified through group discussion and pre-survey. In this way, the final scale is determined. Furthermore, according to the individual skill system, three subsample groups are chosen, questionnaires are delivered. Finally, data of questionnaires are analyzed with SPSS, and the conclusion is made.According to the result, the driving factors of the three skill groups are determined respectively: organizational culture, organizational committee and teaching ability have obvious promoting influence on all the three skill groups; internal compensation has obvious promoting influence on programmed skill; receivers' study attitude has obvious promoting influence on intellectual skill; receivers' accepting ability has obvious promoting influence on practical skill and intellectual skill; self-protection consciousness has hysteresis on practical skill and intellectual skill. Moreover, this paper also gives some suggestions on how to promote skill transmission in the organization according to the result.
