The development of skyscrapers has become an inevitable product of economic and social development in the context of accelerating the process of urbanization, tight land supply, rising land prices and increasingly serious contradictions between man and land.It not only alleviates the thorny problem of land scarcity, but also helps to improve the efficiency of land use and promote social progress. However,in recent years, the number and height of skyscrapers have been constantly refreshed, and the gap between cities is very different, there are a series of social problems, economic problems and environmental problems. This paper is based on the qualitative research methods such as literature, field research and so on,using the location Gini coefficient method, spatial clustering analysis method to explore the regional distribution characteristics of skyscrapers in China;using multiple linear regression analysis to discuss the driving force of the development of skyscrapers. Finally, the skyscraper Reasonable distribution of the degree is divided into four levels:The construction of rational cities, the construction of basic rational cities, the construction of basic irrational cities and the construction of irrational cities, and draw the following conclusions:First, the number of skyscrapers in China is mainly distributed in the eastern region of economically developed cities, such as Shenzhen,Shanghai,Guangzhou and other cities.Second,in recent years,Wuhan,Guiyang,Taiyuan and other central and western regions of the city's skyscrapers showed a significant increase in the trend,Wuhan as a regional central city performance is particularly prominent.Thirdly,in general, the development of urban skyscrapers in the western region and the eastern central region is obviously different and there is room for further development.Fourth, the factors affecting the development of skyscrapers are urban GDP,land price, urban resident population at the end of the year, per capita GDP,per capita land area and per capita disposable income of urban residents, including urban GDP,land price, urban population at the end of the year The impact of the building is deep, followed by per capita GDP,then per capita land area and per capita disposable income of urban residents. Finally, put forward the rationalization of the proposal according to the development of China's skyscrapers, and make a prospect for development prospect of China's skyscrapers combine with green building, building safety, sustainable development and other hot topics.
