In this paper, we take the Dalian Youhome Supermarket as objective, around the general step of the strategic research, by analyzing its environment, as well as its strength, weakness, opportunity, and threaten, using modern strategic management concept, work out the design of the competition strategy of DYS, with hope to develop its long-term competitive advantage.There are five parts in this paper. Part one, referring to the purpose of the paper and the measure of study. Part two, we analyze the inside and outside circumstance of DYS. The inside circumstance analysis is mainly from four aspects, which are the finance ability, the marketing ability, the management ability, and the logistics ability of DYS. The outside circumstance analysis is mainly from six aspects, which are the economic environment, the social cultural environment, the technique environment, the political environment, the rival analysis and the consumer condition. Then definitude the current condition of DYS through the inside and outside circumstance analysis. Part three, we use the QSPM metered strategy plans matrix for the SWOT strategy analysis, clearing its Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity, Threaten that we can obtain the bases of strategies. Part four, combining the aim and target of the company, comparing the three strategies, establish the service differentia strategy to match DYS' s circumstance. In the last part, establishing the suitable construction of organization, developing good corporate culture and using fit marketing, human resource, and finance guarantees measure, we should make sure the implement of the strategy. Only carry out to each employee's idea hard in, then can establish good service consciousness, keep the business enterprise hold out for long time of the service differentia competitive advantage, to increase the business enterprise's profits and satisfy the tremendous need of the consumer.
