| As steel industry develop·faster, Dalian Port Corporation has been transported and delivered plentiful imported ores for the steel enterprises north-east of china for mangy years, it supported these steel enterprises powerfully and brought the economic benefits itself。 However, the other harbors circled BoHai Gulf developed their quays, which capability is comparable or ever beyond us. Under government care and support from Liao ning province and Dalian city, we plan to construct the deepest quays, and it has been used since June 2006.This article construct the competition Stratagem for Dalian Port Corporation based on competition Stratagem management and logistic theory. Analyzing the inner and outer circumstance faced by corporation through PEST SWOT way, we find the stratagem target, it is for us to construct ore logistics center for communal benefit. Also we make the measure according to market difference, service extending, lower cost, advanced tech, communal cooperation in order to ensure smoothly carrying out Stratagem. |
